Due to the nature of digital products and the fact that they cannot be returned, we generally do not offer refunds once a

purchase is made. Please thoroughly review product details, specifications, and any available demos or previews before completing your purchase.

However, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Product Defects

If you encounter any technical issues or defects that render the digital product unusable, contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase. We will investigate the issue promptly and provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, if the issue is deemed to be caused by the product itself.

Unauthorized Purchases

If you believe an unauthorized purchase has been made using your account, notify us immediately. We will investigate thoroughly and may issue a refund if the purchase is found to be unauthorized.

2. Return and Refund Policy for Physical Products

We strive to ensure you are satisfied with all physical products purchased from us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, the following conditions apply:

Return Eligibility

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are:

- In their original, unused condition.

- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

- In the original packaging, including all components, if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

- The following items are not eligible for returns:

- Opened consumable items (e.g., sublimation paper, DTF transfers).

- Custom or personalized products (e.g., DTF Transfers, sublimation prints, party favors with specific names or designs).

- Craft kits that have been used or have missing components.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund, at our discretion.

Return Process

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

3. General Guidelines
